Our condominium is located in Mashpee, Massachusetts.
Deer Crossing Condominiums contains 24 residential buildings of Townhouse style design. Most buildings contain seven (two have 6), two-story, wood framed townhouse style units.
There are a total of 166 units which were constructed in two phases. The units are alphabetically and numerically designated. Phase I, which was built in 1984, contain the buildings of A-M (there is no I building) and Phase II, which was built in 1986 consists of buildings N-Y. Deer Crossing has a clubhouse, pool, tennis court, and well pump house.
